The above audio is EXTREMELY important, because if Michael Brown had been shot (or shot at,) and if Michael Brown had indeed turned and advanced towards the Police Officer instead of surrendering, this would certainly substantiate the narrative that the Policeman shot in self-defense. Shot in self-defense due to the fact that Michael Brown was running back toward him, threatening the Police Officer who feared for his life when this massive young man who was 6-foot-4, who had an intimidating appearance
— his friends nicknamed him Bodyguard, came running at the Police Officer, as he had already assaulted the Officer in his Police cruiser. Particularly, after having already been in a life and death struggle with Michael Brown who had jumped the Police Officer in the Police car, and had struck the Police Officer in the face during the struggle, where Police Officer Darren Wilson suffered “a serious facial injury.”.

Note: My Opinion here, but I think Michael Brown was overly stimulated from the marijuana (and as yet unknown other drug(s),)AND because of the strong arm robbery he had committed but minutes before. I believe at this point, Michael Brown IMMEDIATELY got aggressive with the Police Officer, because "Michael Brown KNEW" at that very moment that he only had but minutes before he was found out for the strong arm robbery, would be arrested, and would go to jail.

I ALSO believe the Police were perfectly correct in their reasoning to release the video of Michael Brown's strong arm robbery. At the outset, from the VERY BEGINNING, deception has been used by this family and their "legal" team to release a photo like Trayvon Martin (NOT A CURRENT PHOTO OF A THUG, grown,) but a photo showing them appearing to be "innocent" like they are in eight grade, not even at the point yet to shave. These "slick" lawyers and family members have "tried" the case in "The 'Court' of public opinion," munipulating the images to make Michael Brown look like "and thus he certainly must be," an "innocent" young boy. Not a grown thug!

Chief: Officer in fatal shooting sustained facial injuries and had wrestled for the Police Officer's gun, with a shot being discharged in the car.


This corroborates an account given by the Police:

At a news conference on Sunday morning, the St. Louis County police chief, Jon Belmar, said that a man had been shot and killed after he had assaulted a police officer and the two had struggled over the officer’s gun inside his patrol car. At least one shot was fired from inside the car, Chief Belmar said.

The New York Times reported the results of a private autopsy conducted by Dr. Michael Baden, who was hired by the Brown family. Baden conducted the autopsy on Sunday, according to the Times. One bullet entered the top of Brown’s skull. Four struck him in the right arm. All bullets hit Brown in the front of the body, according to the autopsy. According to Baden, the shots did not appear to have been fired at close range given the lack of gunpowder on Brown’s body. A further determination on gunpowder will have to be made after assessing the teen’s clothes.
Baden provided a diagram to the Times, which shows that the bullet that that struck Brown in the head entered while he was bent forward.

“It can be because he’s giving up,or because he’s charging forward at the officer,” Baden said.

Note: There was no way he had his hands up, with 3 gunshots in his right arm, and one in the chest next to his right arm, ALL WOUNDS COMING FROM THE FRONT. "One bullet entered the top of Brown’s skull. Four struck him in the right arm. All bullets hit Brown in the front of the body, according to the autopsy.

Three of the FOUR shots that hit Michael Brown's right arm hit the FRONT of his upper right arm (biceps). Anyone with a cursory understanding of physics, ballistics, and human anotomy understands this, and this fact alone clearly proves that the arm could NOT have been "raised" when Michael Brown was shot.
