Exodus 16:31-32

31And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
32And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commandeth, Fill an omer of it to be kept for your generations; that they may see the bread wherewith I have fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forth from the land of Egypt.

Note: As you will see, some said it tasted of " . . . wafers made with honey." Others, said it tasted of Oil. Yet the multitudes (mixd multitutes) hated it. Period.


Numbers 11:4

4And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

Note: Remember they came out of Egypt in a mixt multitude (they had married Egyptians,) like those that were now in Israel they were not all OF Israel, Romans 9:6-7


Exodus 12:37-39

37And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children.
38And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.
39And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt, for it was not leavened; because they were thrust out of Egypt, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any victual.


Numbers 11:5-9
5We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:
6But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.

Note: We hate this manna so much, " . . . our soul is dried away: . . . we feel like we are dying having to eat this manna." . . . there is noting at all, beside this manna, before our eyes." These loathed the manna, hated it. Wasn't enough to satisfy their desire for food they had before the desert. They were NOT thankful for the manna. (The manna was watered by the dew (represented the Holy Spirit) before the manna appeared, then (the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth) the Bread of Life, the Manna that came down from Heaven) appeared after the Holy Spirit had John the Baptist "water" by the Holy Spirit, (Prophesied by the Prophet Isaiah, Isaiah 40:1-8,) preparing the way for the Lord, Matthew 3:1-3. As the mixt company before, people hated this Manna, the living Manna, they hated the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Yes, like the mixt company of ancient time, the Jews also rejected this Living Manna Who came down from Heaven, Who was before their eyes -- the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, John 6:30-59.

7And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.

Note: (Coriander Seed, a Herb, of the carrot family with aromatic fruits the ripened dried fruit of coriander used as a flavoring —called also coriander seed). (Bdellium: a gum resin similar to myrrh obtained from various trees (genus Commiphora) of the East Indies and east Africa).

8And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.
9And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

Note: Two things, the mixt multitude HATED the manna, and wanted Egyptian food. To others, the True Worshipers of God, said that it tasted like wafers of honey and of fresh oil (Oil is representative of the Holy Spirit). Notice, before the Manna (which represents the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth comes,) the dew first falls upon the camp in the night. In the night, before the 'light of the world appears,' this was the shadow of things to come when the reality, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth appeared, John 8:12, The Lord Jesus Christ was the Living manna that came down from Heaven Who appears in the night (of the world) darkened by sin . . . when the dew, the water, which represents the Word of God brought forth by the Holy Spirit appears and prepares the camp, (the Born Again Believers) then the Manna falls upon them who Believe, those Born Again, and it is a sweet taste in their mouths. It is the taste of the Holy Spirit, of God's Holy Word, God's Holy Truth, God's Way to Heaven by Jesus Christ alone, John 14:6,, and is NOT HATED like those who hated it in the desert (like those of today who still hate this Manna) the Manna sent down from Heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.



Revelation 18:23
23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

( . . . for by thy SORCERIES (PHARMACIES) were all nations deceived.) SORCERIES in the Greek is the word: Pharmakeia which is translated into English as Pharmacy means the use of medicine, drugs or spells -- associated with WITCHCRAFT -- magic, sorcery, enchantment ...(Exodus 22:18; John 8:32; John 14:17; John 8:36.) So, the antiChrist uses SORCERIES (PHARMACIES) to DECEIVE the whole world, takes over the world, to have the world (satan's family--those NOT BORN AGAIN, NOT CHRISTIAN,) worship him, by accepting his mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:11-18.)
